Rodeo Sponsorships
We are a 501c3 under the 9(A)(2) organization, so all donations are tax deductible
DIAMOND CROSSROADS SPONSORSHIP COST – $4,000
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS:
- One year corporate membership with the Utah Gay Rodeo Association
- Your logo will be included on the Utah Gay Rodeo Website, all social media platforms, the Crossroads of the West Regional Rodeo Program, and any fundraisers for the UGRA through the end of the fiscal year
- Display of a large banner no bigger than 4′ X 10′ in the rodeo arena (Banner provided by sponsor)
- Sponsorship of two (2) event buckles of your choice
- Full page color advertisement in the rodeo program
- Recognition of your sponsorship by the rodeo announcer during all rodeo events throughout the weekend
- Distribution of flyers, copupons, and product samples in all contestant and officials hospitality gift bags
- Contributions exceeding $4,000 may qualify foir additional benefits based on the donation amount
PLATINUM CROSSROADS SPONSORSHIP COST – $2,000
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS:
- One-year corporate membership with the Utah Gay Rodeo Association
- Your logo will be included on the Utah Gay Rodeo Associations website, all social media platforms, the Crossroads of the West Regional Rodeo program, and any fundraisers for the UGRA thru the end of the current fiscal year.
- Display of a large banner no bigger than 4′ x 6′ in the rodeo arena (Banner provided by sponsor).
- Sponsorship of an event buckle of your choice.
- Full-page black and white advertisement in the Rodeo Program.
- Recognition of your sponsorship by the rodeo announcer duringall rodeo events throughout the weekend.
- Distribution of flyers, coupons, and product samples in all contestant and officials hospitality gift bags.
- Six VIP passes for the Rodeo weekend.
- Contributions exceeding $2,000 may qualify for additional benefits based on the donation amount.
GOLD CROSSROADS SPONSORSHIP COST – $1,000
GOLD SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS:
- Display of a sizable banner no bigger than 3′ x 5′ in the rodeo arena (Banner provided by sponsor).
- Sponsorship of an event buckle of your choice.
- Half-page black and white advertisement in the Rodeo Program.
- Recognition of your sponsorship by the rodeo announcer during all rodeo events throughout the weekend.
- Distribution of flyers, coupons, and product samples in all contestant and officials hospitality gift bags.
- Eight passes for the Rodeo each day.
SILVER CROSSROADS SPONSORSHIP COST – $750
SILVER SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS:
- Display of a sizable banner no bigger than 3′ x 4′ in the rodeo arena (Banner provided by sponsor).
- Sponsorship of an event buckle of your choice.
- Quarter-page black and white advertisement in the Rodeo Program.
- Recognition of your sponsorship by the rodeo announcer during all rodeo events throughout the weekend.
- Distribution of flyers, coupons, and product samples in all contestant and officials hospitality gift bags.
- Six passes for the Rodeo each day.
BRONZE CROSSROADS SPONSORSHIP COST – $400
BRONZE SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS:
- Display of a sizable banner no bigger than 3′ x 4′ in the rodeo arena (Banner provided by sponsor).
- Sponsorship of an event buckle of your choice.
- Quarter-page black and white advertisement in the Rodeo Program.
