WHAT ARE YOU INTERESTED IN DOING

This will let us know what you are interested in helping with during the rodeo. You are not guaranteed to get the item you choose but it will put you on the list.
REGISTRATION CREW (Friday Only!)
Manages the registration process for competitors, ensuring they are properly signed up and their information is accurately recorded
ARENA CREW
Responsible for setting up the arena and assisting with animal care
VOLUNTEER CHECK IN/OUT CREW
Ensures all Volunteers check in upon arrival, verifying their identities and confirming their duties and shifts. Also assists in setting up the check in area before the event and dismantling it afterwards, including packing up supplies.
TIMERS
Work alongside Rodeo Officials and Announcers to ensure synchronized timing and smooth event management
GOAT DRESSING
Preparing the arena for the Goad Dressing event. Explain the rules of Goat Dressing to the participants. Monitor the event to ensure adhereance to the rules and safety protocols. Track performance scores based on ride duration and other established criteria
MUTTON BUSTING CREW
Ensure that all participants have access to safety gear, such as helmets, and are using them properly. Explain the rules and procedures of Mutton Bustin to participants and their guardians. Keep track of performance scores based on ride duration and other criteria set prior to the event
RODEO SUPPORT TEAM
Monitor and maintain water cooler levels, ensuring they are filled throughout the event. Organize and distribute snacks and meals to designated areas for officials and contestants
