BOOTH SPACE NEEDS

STANDARD BOOTHS - Standard booth rental is $100 and booth sizes are 10' x 10' and come with 1 table and 2 chairs.  Additional tables are $25 each and come with 2 chairs. The standards booths are located inside the venue and do not require a tent.

FOOD TRUCKS - Food truck space rental is $100.  Food trucks will be outside the venue with no cover.  Please pan according to weather.  Food trucks will also need to coordinate directly with the arena as they have requirements that are outside of our contract

NON-PROFITS / SPONSORS - The Vendor Coodinator will be in touch with specific pricing and logistics.  Please fill out the form with your needs.

Arena grounds include restrooms & event security

LOGISTICS

LOAD IN:
BOOTHS - Friday, June 26, 2026, 10 AM to 5 PM.  Everything must be in place on Friday.  There will be limited access to the loading docs during the rodeo.  The arena opens on Saturday and Sunday, June 27 & 28 at 8 AM, with the rodeo starting at 10 AM both days.  We encourage early setup time as not to interfere with the rodeo events.

FOOD TRUCKS:

LOAD OUT:
Load out will begin as soon as all contestants and animals are out of the loading dock entrance.  This should be around 6 PM Sunday, June 28th.  Please allowe fore extra time in case the rodeo goes longer.  If you require an earlier load out, prior arrangements need to be made with the Vendor Coordinator.  Please remember to pack out what you pack in.

Food trucks leaving need to be escorted by either a venue staff or rodeo staff member. Food trucks MUST check with the Vendor Coordinator before they leave the property.

A map will be included with the vendor packet for an easy load in and load out experience.

PERMITS & INSURANCE (Utah Specific)

I understand that I am responsible for providing required Utah State permits and documentation including (if applicable):
- Utah Business Licence (or local city license)
- For food vendors, a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the local Health Department, Health Department Jurisdiction (i.e., Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber-Morgan County, etc.) and Food Handlers Permits for all food staff (State of Utah required)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming {Crossroads of the West Regional Rodeo / UGRA} as additionally insured.

CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT

By applying, I agree to the following:
- I will respect all genders, sexualities and identities
- My booth will not display hateful, discriminatory or harmful messaging
- I understand violations may result in removal from the arena grounds without a refund of my rental fees.
