Rodeo School

UGRA will have a Rodeo School on Friday – June 26, 2026, in conjunction with the 2026 Crossroads of the West Regional Rodeo. The school will be at:

Golden Spike Event Center
1000 N, 1200 W
Ogden, UT 94404

Six (6) events will be offered as follows:

Chute Dogging12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Steer Decorating1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Steer Riding2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Flag Race3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Barrels4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Times are approximate. The order of events and times may change depending on the number of participants.

On-site registrations may be completed between 10:00 am and 11:00 am on Friday.

Participants are encouraged to pre-register and email the entry forms to Kirk Critchlow-Speth at jazzmendchanel@gmail.com even if you do not pay your entry fees at this time. If you want to pay in advance using a credit card, call Kirk at (385) 528-4416. Payments will be accepted Friday morning on site via credit card, cash, or check payable to UGRA.
